Kaidris LLC (“Kaidris”, “we”) is a Wyoming, USA company. This policy explains what we collect on kaidris.com and when you contact us, including by text message (SMS).

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message — when you email, call or text us, or when we work together.

The website itself collects nothing about you. kaidris.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser stores only two things locally on your device — your light/dark theme choice and an unsent draft of a contact message — and neither leaves your browser. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) in order to deliver and secure it.

How we use it

To answer you, to scope and deliver consulting engagements, and to send you messages you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared.

Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational, one-to-one, and typically a few per month.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@kaidris.com.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that run our infrastructure (for example our email and telephony providers), and only to provide the service. Never for their own marketing.

Retention and your rights

We keep contact details for as long as we work together or you ask us to keep in touch. Email contact@kaidris.com to access, correct or delete your information.
